Have you ever heard the guy talk, or read his agenda? Because if you have you'll know that your statement couldn't be further from the truth. He didn't put forth the proposal to charge bikes parking fees, he hasn't proposed increased licensing fees (in fact, he reversed the car levy for Torontonians), and he's gone on the record multiple times saying he opposes all tax increases related to vehicle ownership. I'm not sure how much more clear he can get. If you're complaining about increasing motorcycling costs due to political interference, your beef is not with the mayor.
