Hulk Hogan was not a "wrestler" he was an "entertainer"

RIP

Everyone has a past MP
100% and we choose whether we do good with that past, or bad.

The guy was my hero in my youth. As I grew older I realized how he didn't deserve that title.

But childhood memories remain.

I'm hoping it's just the wild lifestyles these recent celebrities may have led. My grandmother made it past 100 physically, but her mind slowly started going maybe 10 years earlier.
One of the reasons for the trip to Poland earlier this year was to see all my aunts and uncles (72 -> 45) while they're still alive...and my 93 year old grandmother.

But that's that...back to Hogan.

I'd consider it an extended life to be honest given that he was probably heavy into steroids in his prime...Many bodybuilders passing away in their 40's these days.
I knew a guy that was into it and he cautioned it wasn't something you just quit without suffering consequences.

I wore my Macho Man shirt today. Hope Macho gives Hogan the big elbow off the top row that he deserves. Oooooohhhhh yeaaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!

My greatest memory of "The Hulk" is an extremely negative one. After his "wrestling" career was over, he rented out as a celebrity bodyguard. After a Cyndi Lauper concert was over, a fan wanting an autograph got too close to her (like 5-7 ft). The fan was a little guy, maybe 5'6" and with a small build. Hulk grabbed the guy and beat the guy to the point of a hospital stay. "My Hero - not!)
