Did you actually read the article? Ontario is great for motorcycling, downtown Toronto sucks for it.

I always find claims about Toronto's horrendous congestion somewhat exaggerated. Don't get me wrong, it can get pretty bad but I wouldn't put it up there with the most congested highways in the world by any stretch. As for riding, yea Toronto sucks for it even when traffic is light.

Any downtown of any large city is a pain in the butt. Toronto is the largest city in Canada and top 5 in North America. Article is kind of pointless.
