Dumb rider and a just as dumb cop.Cop should have been able to use a "safer for the public" means of apprehension than a 200+ chase.How can you call that a nice catch Turbo?A nice catch would have been one where the public was never in danger.That cop was in a seroius state of power tripping rage.
