Question about what I should do about insurance repairs

Insurance paid me based on the estimate from the bike shop. I paid 3k of the 5600 back in Feb this year. The bike is still not fixed, he's not picking up my calls for the past few weeks.

Not sure what my options are at this point. Next time I will insist the insurance company deal directly with the shop.

The motorcycle community is pretty small in Ontario, who/what is the shop? Somebody here is probably familiar with them

Insurance paid you - they're out of the picture. Your beef is directly with the repairer.
Is there a parts availability problem that is beyond their control perhaps ?
