Some *** munch droped my bike, so I was thinking I could powder coat my heat shield on my 2012 cbr 250's muffler instead of buying one.Anyone recommend a powder coating place in the GTA that does a good job?

On a heat SHIELD yes, on a muffler itself, maybe.

Agreed.A heat shield will be fine.My wing's exhaust heat shields are plastidipped.The beauty of plastidip is that you really don't need to remove the part to do it.mask it off with tape and newspapers.Give it a few coats.If you do get some overspray,it's no biggie because it just peels off when dry.And if you don't like the finish.Just peel it all off.

A better pic of the finish.(it does come in other colours btw) The covers had some bad scratches on it from hard cornering.I painted right over them.Great stuff.

I just recommend people/shops based on my experiences.
If I had work done by you and I liked the final product, I would do the same thing.

if you don't mind shipping it these guys can ceramic coat your exhaust, a much more suitable finish for high temps
