That is a gorgeous bike dude. I'd also love to know details of the build. I think that is one of the hottest modern to cafe builds I have seen.

you know how easily one can obtain your address using a plate number? and much more useful information than that.

this being said, here is a picture of my beauty (one of my girlfriends in the back captioned also, nice legs!!)... in her current state. :D

Thanks for the nice comments guys. Yeah a lot of time on ebay, at the welders, and at the shop. Basically a naked z750 then:

-Stripped away all plastics.
-Chopped rear subframe and welded fabricated subframe.
-Seat from Clubmanracing.com purchased form a guy on dotheton.com
-Cruiser signals and headlight from CycleWorld parts bin.
-Fabricated headlight and signal holder.
-Fabricated license plate holder from a metal bookend:D
-LED brake light for a trailer from Princess Auto:p
-2003 636 front end w/ ss brake lines and hbc pads.
-Fabricated front axle for use with existing z750 front wheel.
-2003 636 rear shock
-Removed air box and installed pod filters.
-MIVV slip on exhaust w/ fabricated support
-Relocated all electrics. I.e. Relays. under seat
-Connection for heated vest:happy3:
-Installed heated grips:happy3:

Handles so much better than stock (thanks for tuning the suspension rekx) and brakes bite really good.

Cafe Racer?...oh I don't know some people may get offended because it's not British and it's water cooled:lol: No matter..I like how it's turned out.

Hats off to the guys at riderforums.com for supplying all the knowledge on the 636 front end conversion.

The effort really shows.
Its a nice one off bike. I've wanted to do something similar with my naked SV but came to the conclusion that with a new child I just couldn't warrant the cost and time.

Mine was officially put away yesterday ... the ride to the gas station was cold, but I loved every second of it ...
