Pickup Trucks

Good luck. Any mechanic I've talked to over the last 6 months have said they're a lot more scared of ministry repercussions now that they are required to take photos and measurements and document things better. Even getting my trailer safetied was a bigger deal this year. I'm sure if you head Brampton way you may increase your odds but who knows.
Yup, this is what I expected. But figured I'd ask.

Like I stated this one would have been a few hundred bucks, as I know the owner.
Currently My truck budget is zero dollars.
For a truck for a few hundred bucks i would buy it, register it, and never leave the property with it so that you can use it around for work on the property.

Then a UTV would probably be a better choice I paid 4000 for mine and I can drive it on the road if I really want to a truck is going to be expensive to keep running etc when it doesn't get used.

While I agree. We’re comparing a 4K UTV to a few hundred dollar truck.

I’d take the truck and use it until it dies

I agree, the truck would die a quick death due to lack of use.
At this point I'm best to keep my money and continue to wait.
