Perfect + Cheap Tire Pressure Gauge for Motorcycle.

I have a digital "stick type" that I use. With the Gixxer, its just a little challenging to work around the front rotors and spokes. That one looks a lot more maneuverable with that hose thing built in.

The analog Accu-Gage works fine for me. It also has the 90 degree end on it so getting it on the valve stem is easy. The one you posted has a straight end on the hose, that'll be tough to use on a front wheel with big brake rotors.

Accu-Gage is a bit over $30 i think at just about any bike shop.

There is a KISS one at CT that I thought was going to be junk but works a charm.
45 degree angle head and pressure pushes an easy to read white with red markings stick out.
$2.99
Bought other expensive digital - hard to fit in with the big disc brakes and 16" wheels.
This works perfectly, easy to read, weighs nothing - I just keep it in the mcycle gear - set up like a pen with a clip.

I wouldn't trust a gauge from deal extreme.

also all too often gauges are not accurate, best to calibrate it with one you know is good.

agreed. imho, a lot of stuff deal extreme sells is junk. not everything, but a lot. this is okay if you don't mind a digital reading that may or may not be precise, lol. . .

Digital gauge I bought from Canadian Tire is apparently off by up to 12 PSI. That's pretty serious. I recommend against being cheap when it comes to this.

I bought a POS digital gauge from Canadian Tire and I returned it three times before I got a refunded. It was terrible and always inaccurate.

+1... Got some new tires put on today and picked up the Accu-Gage for 25$ from Dave (recidivist)...

It's not fancy, but the old school, "can I check your tires ma'am" pen style guages are cheap, accurate and easy to keep in your tool roll/kit.

As well, unless you're racing, or have calibrated your tires with your riding style on your bike, a psi or two off isn't going to kill you - if you're riding to such an extreme that it does stay off the streets :)

In my experience, the old school "pen" gauges are pretty accurate. The gauges on the mini-compressors seem well-calibrated too (for street use anyway).

The digital one I purchased from CT might have been good. The batteries were DOA and the replacements cost more than the gauge! I fundamentally oppose that sort of bull, so it sits in my toolbox.
