Passing a group etiquette?

Those caravans piss me off too, if they don't leave gaps it's like having the world's longest tractor trailer to pass. I honestly don't get the appeal of the massive ones either unless I've misunderstood and it's not really a caravan just a big sale at Pirate Pete's Leather and Bondage Emporium.

Half price sale on Pirate Douchevests. Embroidery of old age pensioner / RRSP biker club extra.

All tassles must go, make an offer!

hey man don't get me wrong, Cruisers are slow but they ride, I know everytime I go far from toronto, all I see is cruisers, no SS because for MOST is to far and there is no ice cream stop ;)

They don't need to look for an ice cream shop. Comes as a standard accessory for Street Glide and Goldwing

Yep. As soon as the weather drops below 25, no SS can be found. Under 20 no sport tourers. At 15 degrees the "adventure" bikes usually pack it in. That leaves the cruisers rumbling around, often in pretty lousy weather.

After that it's just scooters.

Pirates in leather vests and Squids in MX armour are the same species--just different ages.

I dunno. I ride an SS and ride long distances in any weather between 2 C and 40 C. I know I'm not normal but I can't be unique.

I find cruisers tend to be the Sunday afternoon only riders although that does include highways from Timmies to Timmies with some actually going distances.

Then there are tourers...

Split their staggered formation in the middle of the lane doing a wheelie. This is the proper technique that was taught in rider safety advanced course, and is safe because you can't get hit by a car if you're between the bikes.
