Pants Has anyone used these

Neat idea. But no.

For the price, you can buy proper riding pants, no?

I've always turned away from these types of sites. They all have the same layout, never heard anything good come from purchases from sites like these, and on top of that they have self-written reviews that make them oh so awesome.

Edit: I just looked up some reviews and there are good and bad. I take notice in the bad especially when people say the padding/armor is crap.

They have a more legitimate looking web site here: http://www.bohnarmor.com/. Same address and phone.

Sounds a bit pricey for what amounts to no more than some spandex and a few pads. Interesting idea, though.

There's no way these would fit under my jeans..but there are plenty of other denim riding pants out there with armour for cheaper.
Example: Cortech

I was willing to be the guinea pig on this one, but these people have ignored two emails I've sent. I'm not going to beg to have someone to take my money. I'll spend my cash elsewhere. I suggest the GTAM membership avoids this company.

If you are looking at armoured pants I suggest the Forcefield brand, Bluestreak carries the line (from Britain). They are the only manufacturer of a back protector that transmits sub 4 Kn of force to the body (4kn+ breaks bones).
