buy salvage in the us and use this ownership to ride. Obviously not legal as the vin's won't match and if you get insurance and you ever need to use it, they'll see the vin's don't match so the policy is void, but atleast you can ride around with a clean title

I was of the understanding that this was also a criminal offence. Possibly Turbo or RM can confirm.

think outside the box....

OR get a blank frame and stamp that VIN number on it and put all the parts from salvage parts on that frame and be 100% legal. But people like it easy way and they dont so whatever. Im wasting my time typing when i can go riding now, anyways bye

^ I WISH I did that when my uncle crashed my 1999 V-Star 650 show bike on the way home from buying it, ripping a 1" chunk out of the frame....
