Sec. 319(2) of the CCC already proscribes up to 2 years imprisonment for someone who "wilfully promotes hatred against any identifiable group."

I'm not sure why the "group" of people that find themselves to be gender-transitional, gender-unsure (or whatever) don't already fall under the protection of Sec. 319. As such, I don't really see the need to alter the CCC at all.

Well the first thing they need to do is create an "identifiable group" where there is no logical or scientific reason to have one.

Then they can make it law that anybody who doesn't love said newly conjured "identified group" is punished severely ;)
