As it's quite dark but really anywhere outside the GTA loom should provide a decent show . Stars are already showing even this early (8.45 pm ) so should be nice and clear later.
Look to the northeast after midnight for the best show. That's away from the moon and the Perseids are known fireballs and coloured meteors.
