I just moved to Toronto from Victoria BC in January, for work. I have a bit of a vehicle "problem", so my goal was not to not get anything for the first year of being here, and then reassess. Well.... I bought a jeep last month and just picked up a built DRZ400sm this past weekend! oh well, good intentions anyway!
Been riding for close to 15 years, mostly sportbikes, but found the insurance situation dismal here for SS bikes so I grabbed the DRZ for some commuting and weekend fun, and hopefully a track day or 5 throughout the season once I recollect the necessary gear to do so.
Look forward to meeting some of you guys out there!
Oh ya, I also need to get this thing certified soon, any suggestions on where to go would be greatly appreciated. I live in the King W area, near liberty village.
