New rider in Markham

Hi everyone!

I passed my M1 test at the beginning of August and promptly signed up for the M2 safety course with Learning Curves which I just completed successfully on the weekend.

Before doing the safety course I was unsure whether I would enjoy riding and approached the course as an experience of discovery and learning. After the first day I was hooked.

I have yet to purchase a ride and am going to be reading in more depth on all the information available on this website about insurance, gear, maintenance and beginner bikes.

I think the closet site would be at the honda building right off the 404 for markham/york region. I plan to take my M2exit there next season - congrats and welcome to you both =)

Congrats on passing! It was in fact at the Honda complex at Woodbine and Elgin Mills. The instructors were Elektra, Roy and Mel. How about yourself?

That's the one, the Honda complex which was a great training facility. The group that was doing their M2 exit course swung by there during the weekend and from what they said it's very helpful as well. Thanks for the welcome and good luck to you next season.
