Need GIVI/Suzuki Bandit1250 help

I bought a Givi V47 N Tech top case and mounting rack from Kijiji. His bike is a Bandit (either 600 or 650). Mine is the 1250sa.

After looking into it before purchasing, and he asking his mechanic too, it seemed that the mounting rack would fit my 1250sa. That is not the case.
The arms are too short for the 1250.

The plate I have for the V47 is an M3 plate. So I was looking for the right monorack to suit the plate and the bike. However it looks to me that only the M5 plate works on a 09 Bandit.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I was hoping that I would just need to purchase the monorack arms, however it looks like I will need to purchase a plate as well.

Find your correct bike. Get in touch with Givi directly if you do not see what you are looking for. They are usually very good with being able to order specific parts as opposed to a whole mounting kit. A nice thing about Givi products is that many of their items can be ordered as separate parts in case something breaks or gets damaged.

Yea I already emailed Givi USA this morning about it, am awaiting word back. Thought id ask here too if anyone had any knowledge on it.

I have a feeling Im going to need to buy a new mounting plate and monorack. Which sucks as as might as well had bought everyone new. Ill just try selling the plate and monorack I do have if thats the case

Would you be interested in selling the mount ? Do you know what type of mount it is? M3, M5?
 
yeah I'd appreciate it. Even send a photo of it I'd know if it would fit. Yeah mine is a Monokey box. Typically one fits all for the bandit 1250's.

Ill pm you my number, you can send me the info there, and if you are willing to sell it that would be great.
