Forks should work. Direction of force is a bit off but they are loaded more lightly than with a rider on (and probably less than half the loading of being hard on the brakes).I wonder what would happen if the motorcycle's tire hits a big pothole?
My assumption is the following:Seems wrong…..I guess the eliminated the issue of doing the opposite way and lifting the front wheel where the rear was being pulled…
For the trouble we're going through here, I would gladly pull the chain off the sprocket and zip-tie it to the swingarm or somethingMy assumption is the following:
1. Keep as much weight as close to tow vehicle as possible
2. Prevents wear on chain, sprocket, bearings etc. Imagine it the other way and you forget your bike in gear..
