If you drain the fuel it shouldn't be a problem. Just remember that your motorcycle won't be covered by your house insurance, so you'd still need your regular insurance on it.

If you are worried about high humidity and corrosion, rather than a heated garage, a vacbag does the same for much less.

Even though it's a low possibility, if something were to happen to your house while you store a motorcycle inside it, I highly doubt the insurance company would believe your gas tank was empty
That's not material. They insure the home, regardless of what is inside of it. But, you would not want a bike with gas inside a house, there is always a small leech of gasoline vapors.
With a vacbag, no smells, and you can't have fire in a vacuum.
