Hi all, I want to buy a camera as a gift for my significant other who rides. Which one would you suggest?

Do you have to pay anything more aside from the $30 shipping? (IE: Duty at border and/or provincial tax?)
make sure to tell them to ship with USPS, i've gotten many things without having to pay taxes/duties.

I agree... but make sure it's the GoPro Hero2.
Personally I like the Drift HD more because of the LCD screen and rotating lens.

hum.. NO... The driftHD is not a generation behind. The DriftHD came out Sept 2011.... And guess when the Hero2 came out? Yep Oct 2011....
I have LCD backpack for my gopro. There is also additional battery back pakc and wifi remote backpack. I like it cause I don't always need LCD.

Motorcycle News recently reviewed all those. GoPro came out on top. I work as a photographer and can say Gopro is a great piece of hardware.
