Most Farkled Ninja 250 in the GTA

I know us 250 people love to spend all the money we saved on our bikes by uselessly modding them to hell.

Let's see some pics! I'll post some of mine once it comes out of storage and I put on the windscreen/eliminator and all that.

STaylorT is the only overkill I know. Can anyone beat him?

Lol I'm working on catching up to him

this is gonna be good...

Most of the mods on my bike are fuctional and tasteful, thats how a 250 should be...
No point in decking out a 250 and making it look all tacky. My mods are:

Woodcraft clip-ons
Rearset adjusters
Fender eliminator
Black windshield
GPS Mount
Removed front reflectors
Rim Tape
No Ninja decal
Frame sliders
Seat cowl
Pilot power tires
Shimmed needles

I really want an Akrapovic exhaust but have a hard time justifying 500 bucks for it...especially since I've started saving for my SS.

that sounds like quite heavily modified there ;)

how much weight you save off the "shimmed needles" :)

funny thing is it to a person who doesn't know what they're looking at its more plain than a normal 250...
Shims ain't saving no weight but the ***** wakes up a lot easier in the mornings...

When I had mine, I had:
Yoshi CF slip-on
Rim Tape
Chazzo levers
Home-made Fender Chop
K&N Air Filter
Needle Shims (Best Mod, cost $2 and hard work)
Blacked out stock windscreen
Seat Cowl (came with it)
Paint matched rear hugger

Looked like an ordinary 250 but I liked it. Some would say I spent more than I should have but I knew I was going to ride it for three years or so. Hence, I did all these mods within the first two months of buying it.

I think for all new riders getting a 250, if money is there and you know you will be riding it over a season, get the mods done right away so you have it for the entire time you ride it. No point putting an exhaust after your first season and selling the bike mid-second season. Also, have fun with it, make it look like the way you want it to separate it from all the 250s out there. Just my opinion.

Will always miss the 250 though, fun bike!

I got 60k on mine, this is my 4th season...still want an exhaust. I'm keeping it even after I get my next bike. Had her since brand new and I've grown too attached.

Mine was bone stock until recently. I didn't have time after picking it up end of last season to do anything. The winter mods/upgrades:
Diablo Rosso II 110 front/140 rear
2Bros all black full exhaust system, no powertip (here I come Oakville!!!)
Black exhaust tape (didn't want any silver shiny showing duh)
Smoke windscreen (in the mail)
Yosh eliminator (in the mail)
Dynojet kit, including mains
K&N filter

To do list:
change the white dash to black (gonna trade with someone someday)
woodcraft clip ons
rearset adjustment
ss brake lines
integrated signals
highway blaster horn
18" subwoofer?

remove ninja sticker? is that a mod. maybe I'll do that too.

best ninja 250 mod is the AREA P full exhaust and JET KIT
also I would drop a tooth on the front sprocket

google that exhaust system, its cheap'ish and full supported. No dyno required.

I helped this girl a few seasons ago purchase a 250 and it had this kit on it...wow what a difference. It was fast for a 250, surprisingly fast.

Also EKLKA makes an affordable drop in rear shock, im sure that would be pretty awesome too

On another note, my current squeeze has a 250 with the two brothers black slip on. it sounds amazing and looks great!
I never liked 2bro, but this pipe is pretty fancy. looks all carbon'y
