I called Lucas about their Fuel Treatment product because I was wondering if it's ok to use in motorcycles, and indeed it is. I just thought I'd share this info because maybe others are wondering as well. I have tried it yet, but my bike has over 57,000 KMs so a clean-out can't be a bad thing. If I try it I'll let ya know how I make out.

For those of you who are interested in what amount of Lucas to use, I called their tech support, info below:

Metric: 44 milliliters of Lucas / 20 liters of Fuel
Imperial: 1.5 ounces of Lucas / 5 gallons of Fuel

So for my bike, 06 Kawasaki 650R the tank capacity if 15.5 liters (4.1 US gallons), so approximately 40ml (1.35 oz). If a little more is added over the recommended limits don't worry about it. At least that's what Lucas told me.

Snake oil crap in my opinion. Designed to part your money from your wallet. Gasoline IS a clean-out agent.

It's your money.
