Lot of 90 motorcycles includes various tools and spare parts

Looks like all the bikes are from Sheridan College. Did they close their motorcycle program or are they just refreshing their bikes for next year?
 
Great opportunity for anyone starting a motorcycle school, motorcross training or gym khanna school, maybe even for a track school. It works out to about $500 a bike even if you bid up to $50K. However, the bikes are probably pretty beat up and not road worthy condition. Would take quite a bit more work to get them road safety, if its even possible.
 
Govdeals is US so can't be Sheridan's. BTW, steer clear of these thieves. Govdeals is a racket -- private firm given an exclusive contract to sell government surplus items to the public. They use unsavory tactics to boost auction prices and offer extremely poor aftersale support. Just do some Googling to see.
 
Do some of you guys read stuff or just post? It says in the product offering, training program that has closed down, sitting at trafalgar road campus and davis dr. Sheridan college address. Not road worthy. no secret scam here.

I read it over. The costs of storing all those bikes, sorting the stuff out, not to mention the couple of tractor trailer loads it would take to get them to your location may not give a good return on the investment, even for a training school.
There are new looking tires, tool boxes, first aid kits, and you could get maybe $7-800 for the runners, which are still pretty beat up looking. Scrap the rest, metal has value.

it looks legit, there's a contact at Sheridan if in doubt.
 
Might want to take note of those models & model years.

That way you know which "AWESOME DEAL!" to avoid when you see a too-cheap-to-be-true bike out at one of the sketchier dealerships next year.

I think the problem is not that they are beaten up. The description explains "To our knowledge there are 4 motorcycles that are not operational, all the rest are in good working order. Please note that these are not road worthy. Ownership papers are available for all motorcycles."

These are not road worthy because they may not be legal in Canada, like the 12 Honda 2007 CG150's... sold in Brazil only, as far as I know... so you can't plate them for road use here...
