Just got a nice used Global knife that needs sharpening and requires a whetstone to do job properly . Long shot but any cooks chefs out there have one kicking around?
Thanks for all the feedback and advice. I ended up going to Nella cutlery on norfinch after it was recommended to get my global sharpened and for 3 bucks it was a no brainier. I was greeted by a young , knowledgeable young lady who promptly sharpened it on the spot for ( no charge!!) Now thats amazing customer service and will definitely go back . A truly cool place for high end kitchen stuff . Highly recommend
