49 years old been riding since I was a teen...started out with small dirt bikes, moved to Ontario bought a Honda Elite scooter for a while and then stopped riding when the kids came. Bought a KLR a few years back 
and it was fun for a while, really too tall and scary for me on the highway. Rode the KLR in April tried to make it do Nashville and gave up and then did in the next year in October....Sold that bike and bought 
and 89 BMW k100 special edition for a wicked deal and have ridden it to Indiana a couple times and Quebec. Thinking about selling this bike someday and getting something very frugal on fuel that is comfortable to do a long distance trip someday...would like it to be something like a BSA or maybe a Triumph? not sure.
