Is there a test in spanish or just watching a two hour video? What is the fine if you don't take the course? I suspect they will have something like waze down there to let you know of photo radar locations.
Sorry , the course was supposed to be 2 hrs , but he was finished in about 30 mins.... he took notes for me , which he can translate for me later .... it was with an actual instructor .... probably not such a bad thing tbh..... Cheers
