Rider down and was in a neck brace and stretcher when I passed by. Looked to be a white standard bike (Triumph?) and I couldn't tell if he got hit from behind by an old Integra, or he hit one of those islands where streetcar riders wait for the streetcar.
Paramedics were on the scene and fire truck was just arriving. It's a busy area with some construction going on, streetcar tracks and a lot of people moving across the road without waiting for the lights.
