KTM RC390 Leaked to world...from Canada!

Can you drag the knee with a 150 tire? Or do you need 180+?

Maybe. If you're having trouble, try carrying a backpack with some heavy text books. I hear the extra weight makes it easier to lean the bike over.

You can drag knee on a cbr125...

I would prefer a Duke 690 with ABS for $9999.

Unless they come out with a naked 390.

If this come to market with an affordable price, decent insurance rate and the handling KTM has engineered into anything else they've built, there should be a metric crap ton of these wrecked by the end of 2014.
Joey boy racer will spark this up and show all the guys at a new group ride how awesome he is.

Maybe MAYBE if you are really good and you do a 180 swap with 8-10 PSI.

First bike I ever dragged a knee on. Half way through first track day ever. And I'm terrible...

Pics or it didn't happen.... Thought so.

Cbr125 is a vespa with fairings.

Can give you pics of knee slider if you wish. Have pics of track day, but not of knee down (being honest).
If you want to see knee dragging on CBR125's, go to any Racer5 track day.

But, with about 3 seconds of Google'ing..

So please, before questioning anyone who says they've dragged a knee on CBR125, do a bit of research to back up your claims that it is impossible.

Not a chance at $6000 unless they want to sell each one at a loss. I'm guessing somewhere around $9000.

KTM sells the Duke 390 in India for less than 200,000 Rs (~$3300 CAD), so no they will not sell each at a loss if they stick to a $6000 price tag...

Looks like fun. A rather unfortunate looking front end, though.

Yea bro... I have sandpaper too to scuff my sliders.

The pic you posted has a 180 rear swap.

Actually looking closely at the pic it seems photoshopped.

Pretty sure I've seen pics of people dragging knee on an RS125 with 150 and 140 tires (other owners told me they used 140s on track days for faster drop in). They were imported as track-only in the US after all...

Different bike but you asked about the 150 before...

Oh yes... and I saw "promotional" videos of doge caravans off roading. Doesn't mean they can.

If you think that's a 180 rear then you're flat out wrong.

Here's a link to the racer5 website.

Second picture down under the race licensing stage.

You don't believe it can be done? Pay for a session at any Racer5 day and I'll show you on the second lap (first to warm up tires).

If you still don't believe or don't want to put your wallet down, no probs. Can't convince people who don't want to be.

Oke maybe you and rossi can drag a knee on a WARM 150. But I can do circles around you on a COLD 180.
