Klim Lifetime Warranty

Two years ago I bought a pair of Klim ADV type gloves for those hottest of summer days. They did not get a lot of use. This summer I noticed that the stitching was coming apart at one of the fingertips. I had my receipt and everything that came with them including the hang tags which had "Lifetime Warranty" printed on them, so I made a claim which was quickly acted upon. I sent them pictures that they asked for and they said they would send me replacement gloves, but only after I sent them a picture of my defective gloves with the fingers cut off. I did so and about a week later I received a brand new pair of gloves. Expecting a hassle, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was.

Nice.......there are very few companies that stand behind their products like that. The ones I have experience with are Vortex, Excalibur, Sitka, and Irish Setter boots. Would NEVER hesitate buying from these companies again

Here we go again! My new replacement gloves are falling apart in exactly the same place and manner as the old ones. The stitching is coming out of the left index finger. Another warranty claim filed. I hope they don't ask me to cut up my brand new gloves. I could at least have one functional spare.
