Two years ago I bought a pair of Klim ADV type gloves for those hottest of summer days. They did not get a lot of use. This summer I noticed that the stitching was coming apart at one of the fingertips. I had my receipt and everything that came with them including the hang tags which had "Lifetime Warranty" printed on them, so I made a claim which was quickly acted upon. I sent them pictures that they asked for and they said they would send me replacement gloves, but only after I sent them a picture of my defective gloves with the fingers cut off. I did so and about a week later I received a brand new pair of gloves. Expecting a hassle, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was.
