On Thursday, July 15, 2021, at approximately 2:00 a.m., a collision occurred between a 28-year-old man from Brampton who was operating a 2007 Suzuki GSR motorcycle and a 59-year-old man from Brampton who was operating a 2017 Jeep Wrangler in the area of Kennedy Road near Sandalwood Parkway in the City of Brampton.
As a result of the collision, the driver of the motorcycle was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
A preliminary investigation has indicated that an interaction between the driver of the motorcycle and Jeep occurred in the area of Queen Street near highway 410 in Brampton. Both vehicles then travelled westbound to Kennedy Road and turned northbound towards Sandalwood Parkway.
