Instrument cluster rebuilds

Anyone know any place in Ontario that rebuilds instrument clusters? As in, fixes electronic components, puts it all back together etc? Long story that I won't go completely into, a bike I'm looking at has a small problem with the cluster, got water in it, unresponsive buttons etc, I love the bike and would like to see if something can be worked out. The OEM cluster is $1300 which is outrageous, Ebay has a few a little cheaper but I'm a bit reluctant to purchase used electronic equipment, there's a place in the UK that rebuilds clusters cheap but that would mean a lot of downtime.

Anyone?

I can take a quick look at it if you don't find anybody else, but water usually means IC's are damaged and most of the IC's I've seen in clusters are usually only sourced by factories and impossible to get for individuals. I don't want to commit anything because debugging PCB problems can be impossible without having datasheets and schematics on everything you are working on and I'm only a hobbyist. It would be best to take it to a professional, unfortunately I don't know anyone that does serious professional electronics repair. It's pretty much a lost art now in the age of replacing everything. Some of these clusters are complex now too. Mine gets all of its data from a CAN bus rather than from the actual sensors.
