I had used Lucas, and Amsoil before i switched to T6, woulnd't go back. My 250 loves the T6, and at $37 at walmart works out to be a lot cheaper than any other synthetic!
Im leaning on the synthetic Rotella and maybe the Mobil 1 Mx4. Doesnt this oil degrade in the time it takes to ride out 5/6000km ?
I was looking into 15w40 rotella since its cheap and found everywhere. Is it ok for the gearbox ? Will I hear more "engine" sound using diesel oil ?
Nitrogen in the tires is worth exactly nothing. Maybe if you're racing on the pro circuit and the tires heat up to crazy temps. That's where the nitrogen in tires came from - racing. Every day application = money grab/marketing ploy.
Speaking for the Mobil1 MX4T, even at 5,000kms the oil analysis showed it was still useable and didn't degrade or lose it's viscosity.
Nitrogen did not come from racing. Tires still heat up with nitrogen. They were using refrigerant gas for a while, but nitrogen is nothing but a cheap marketing idea.
My new car has 15,000 km oil change intervals on non-synthetic oil. Most people change oil too frequently.

Honestly don't over think it like I and many other bike owners did when we first got bikes lol Same goes for coolant and gasoline (use whatever the manual says, the engineers know more than you and have a pretty University paper to back it probably).

Nitrogen used as refrigerant gas????
Could you elaborate where and how? ( on a PM if you like)
*** nitrogen used in liquid form ,yes but where and when and how was nitrogen used in its natural state used to cool things??
*** coming back to the topic. OP check your manual. I think it says 10W40 dino or synthetic. Kawi dealer oil is regular 10W40 oil with their sticker on it
I disagree in regards to gasoline.
You'll rarely see manuals advice against using Fuel with Ethanol but it still isn't the greatest thing to be putting in our tanks. It has nothing to do with the Engineers. More about the largest corporation in the world wanting to put corn in everything so they can make more money.
