Hi everyone

Help before I drown:)

I try to import a used bike (1953, missing parts, broken engine, aso...) from Pearl River (NY) to Levis (QC, Canada)!

It is not to put back on the road due to its questionnable conditions (Anyway,I have enough spare parts imported from Germany to repair and justify all the necessary formalities in Quebec).

The only question is: can I bring the bike (dismantled) as spare parts?

I read thousands of pages without finding a way to do it.

In one sentence you say that it is not be rebuilt and you have all parts to rebuild it?
 
Might be best to check with the Montreal or Eastern Townships section of the Canadian Vintage Motorcycle Group.

I've heard of someone importing an intact Italian Police Bike as parts and getting a new VIN for it as a custom in Ontario, but they'd know best what is doable in Québec.

Yes, you are perfectly right. I may rebuilt one but it will not be 100% as it should be. With the one I hope to bring home, it will be like it must be.
The details make difference :)
