The economics of this were interesting. Someone put up $7,000,000 to build it, then they auctioned it and got $12,000,000. Not a bad return on investment. However, I wouldnt have been at all surprised if they only got $1,000,000 for it. Maybe the 7mil build figure was fake and used to drive up the value at auction and the real cost was closer to one. That would make more sense to me.
