I Saw You: V.2.0

Saw a blue Husky 901 Norden with a BC plate westbound on the 401 near Kennedy at around 12:45 pm yesterday. Mrs. @Lightcycle?

Haha, yes that was her!

This thread is hilarious. It always reminds me of this:

"I'm from Canada"
"Oh, do you know Bob? He lives in Canada too!"

Except this time, you did see Bob. On the 401!

I know this is for spotting bikes but i saw a unique car yesterday.
An all black Holden R8 at the Marina on the east pier at Port Dalhousie.
Looked very similar to the one in this photo . A fantastic, lumpy exhaust tone.
A long shot but maybe someone here knows the car.

I had the North American version of that car, a 2019 Pontiac G8 GXP.

The tipoff for whether it's actually a Holden (difficult import) or a Pontiac G8 with badges swapped (easy) is which side of the car the steering wheel is on...

Apart from those two obvious differences, they are the same car. My cousin was a GM engineer.

As i rode past I was guessing some sort of Pontiac from the look of the front end but the VERY lumpy idle had me second guessing.
This one also had a manual transmission.

Means the engine has had stuff done.

Steering wheel on the right, or on the left?

Yeah my GXP also had a manual (only G8 that came with one) and a 6.2 L LS3 V8 but no lumpy idle so that one had a cam or a cam tune which can simulate the same sound at idle.

I flew to Nebraska and drove it back as the GXP trim never did come to Canada.
