How long between your initial e-mail requesting refund and a response?
I was just wondering how much time you have them to give you a response. Some people can be too quick to jump all over someone and makes lots of noise for something that would have been handled in a timely manner.
If you gave them plenty of time to fix their mistake then yes I would make raise some stink. Especially from a brick and mortar store. Their only weapon to compete with the online guys is service, so when it sucks there is no excuse.
Sounds like you got it worked out and they did you a solid.
