How do you prefer to ride?

I like riding alone when I know the streets, but when I'm discovering new places, I like riding with 1 or two other ppl.

I had a buddy in Windsor that had the same riding style as me -very safe and responsible on the road, no speeding, no cutting cars, no filtering, etc, but when it came to ramps, we gunned it. It was fun.

If you think that you get the same potential picture quality as a full frame camera costing thousands and a lens that could cost up to 10k then I have some swamp land to sell you. Only the zoom is the same. You do have a nice camera, a friend has the same one. I have a Pentax K-X myself.

Have always enjoyed riding alone (selfish?) I can go as fast and as far as I want, take butt breaks when I want and go to all the places I want. Tried group rides but find the level of expertise in the groups and the terrain chosen can (and) has been detrimental to the riders.

I use my bike for commuting or I trake the bike instead of the car for errands, etc., so of course that means I ride alone.

I have a couple friends who I'll ride with ocassionally, but only a small group of no more than 4-5 guys. Unfortunately, most of us cannot find the time to get together due to family obligations.

I have one good riding buddy who's very skilled and I trust completely. He has no kids & is more available to ride with. We've done a lot of dual trips togther to rallies, camping, etc.

I'm not a fan of big group rides; I dont know the skills of the riders around me, and too many show-offs increase the risks.
