Anyone have a feel good story they want to share about their experiences with the insurance company?

I’m actually looking at switching my insurance to another company.
 
We have had good service from Cooperators.
The broker we use is a great guy.

Just got a quote from CAA and they are 130 a month cheaper than RBC
 
I love these threads..... there is no consistency in the industry at all.
Wildly different quotes and wildly different experiences.

Black listed not black listed? who knows.
800 a year... 7500 a year... who knows.

Your rate should not differ by multiple thousands depending on what insurance you call and on what day.

You think you have a great deal and your 'guy' takes care of you? LOL

We had a very negative experience with TD Insurance. A neighbor’s tree fell on our house, damaging our metal roof, breaking trusses,breaking a window,taking down a fence etc.. It was just over a year before they even showed up to start repairs and another year to complete them. During that two year period we dealt with over 12 adjusters, I actually lost count at 12, it was probably closer to 15. Apparently they are all on short term contracts and our file just kept getting passed along to the next guy. They weren’t the cheapest but we had been with TD for over 20 years and thought they were reputable. Were we ever wrong.
