I think it's along this line:

"I own a huge powerful motorcycle I can barely afford to insure as it is, I'm hoping my insurance might go down if I have my full M licence, but I'm too crappy of a rider to have any confidence in my ability to actually just pass the M roadtest (or, alternately, "I tried and failed multiple times") so I'd just like to buy my full M instead.

Looks to me like photos of a computer screen, but yeah....same level of ineptitude. Like people that post a screenshot from their phone with a picture on it instead of just saving the photo to the camera roll and posting it by itself.
