The Benelli had a Parralel Twin, but it does look like the same wheels and frame, but thats a CB750 or CB900 engine without a doubt. If only that kid would move SCOOT.

None, it's a custom build with a 4-leading shoe front drum. That's definitely a Honda rear hub and eye to clevis shock. Late 70s, early 80s is when these bikes came out.

Drum brakes on the front is confusing part. I found couple of similar loking Benelli pics but they all have disks.
And one with drums - has different engine.
so may be benelli with Honda engine

Dude, it's a lot easier to swap the front wheel than a motor. The base bike is a Honda DOHC most likely a 750.

To drive my point home, some visual reference, here's a 750 DOHC custom another member is restoring. Same frame and motor. The cafe has CR carbs.
