Is this for real?

Clean you damn chain, lube your damn chain, then do an oil change or at least top up your oil - have someone sit on the bike while you check the oil level (if you don't know how to do that, stop and take the bike to a shop).

Then test the bike, if the sound is still there take it to a shop.
