I am just wondering what peoples thoughts are on Bell Helmets.

I am unsure I am looking for feedback on Bells products.

The RS series is top of the line, pro race quality helmet. The Vortex is a more economical answer that may have lesser features, but will prtect as well.

Just about every DOT/Snell/ECE approved helmet will protect you as well as the other, IF it fits correctly.

Try the cl-sp model

I bought the Vortex model, since they wouldnt let me race with my old Shoei.

It has lots of ventilation, and fairly lightweight.

Have you not tried one on? All helmets fit differently. If it's not comfortable a $1000 helmet is garbage to you.
