Heads up for Milton riders

I would bet (since I've seen it in person) that if you're standing behind that bike it's not at all "hidden" Just some cop trying to get their ticket count up.
In the picture you can't read the whole plate.

You could read it if you stood DIRECTLY behind it in traffic and then kneeled down to see it from the right angle

People give up to0 easily nowadays.

Judgement call ticket, you could fight and take your chances. Yours is pretty buried, but...

Technically you can get ticketed for putting those plastic rims on your plated that just about every dealership puts on cars that go off the lot. Normally a cop wouldn't pull you over for that alone. Was there any other ticket other then the obstruction ticket?

Many years ago I had a Pathfinder that had a factory plate that had this problem. With the factory outside spare tire carrier you couldn't read the plate from most angles. The pay highways loved it ;)

You know if it was on the proper plate bracket you would have less dirt thrown up onto the tail light and top box.;)

Sure looks like an obstructed location to me.

PO installed the fender eliminator kit so I don't have the OEM fender or plate bracket.
I have since relocated my plate to the horizontal givi bracket and the next challenge is figuring out where to run the wire to illuminate it in a manner that wont see it get ripped apart by road debris.

My mistake, I thought the Givi bracket was the plate holder. The slotted holes in the bracket look like the plate holder on my ST.
