Getting a bike from Quebec without lisense

If it’s not reported then it won’t show up on any reports, and may never even have been branded. In that case it would be fine here even if it was technically rebuilt but never branded as such.

Someone else posted a Quebec based VIN checker earlier that should show branding. Due diligence. ;)

Let us know what you decide in the end.
The Supersport is a fun bike and surprisingly comfortable for a sports type of bike. As many have mentioned, insurance will likely be your biggest challenge. You can get your license faster than in three months, book your M1 now, complete the exit course with one of the schools, and a month later you'll be eligible for your M2.
Boa sorte.

61* days from the day you get handed your M1 is the required waiting period.

Some insurance companies will insure you as m2 even if you still have to wait.
