Fuse issue?

The bike is an 09 ninja 250r with 29000 km. Both of the headlights and the highbeam indicator light have died. Now while running I can hear a buzzing sound from the fusebox area. Is that normal? (going to check fuses tomorrow, the noise is the concern)

Buzzing can mean shorting.

Checking fuses is the easiest thing to do. Start there first.

Buzzing and anything electrical is never a good sign. Could be fuse or a loose wire. Not sure if the headlight uses a relay like the signal lights do.
 
I checked for frayed wires and loose connections, looks good. Its still buzzing. Newb question: where is the relay for the lights?
 
the wires go from the lights to the relay and then to the battery it's a small square box, all my relays are near the battery so yours should be there too.
