Looking to connect with riders, newbie and experienced, who are in their forties 'or better'.

I didn't get to ride in 2016 (yes , there were reasons...) but looking to do so as so as it is safe to do so.

No. And age is more than just a number if the double lung transplant you're about to receive comes from an 85yr. old guy. Even if he's a Swede dude.
 
Well I have been riding for 40+ years, so yeah, I'm older. Welcome to riding. Now get some miles under your belt and venture out of the city to really enjoy the riding experience.
 
Welcome, many folks our age out there. I'm close to the Danforth but thats quite a Loooong rd.
