Macau is always a gong show when there's cars on the circuit.

F3 guy miss the braking zone by about 100%??
From what I understand, Sophia Floersch made contact with Jehan Daruvala near the braking zone and lost two wheels, rendering her unable to slow down. The subsequent collision with Sho Tsuboi is what launched her car into the photographer's booth

I forgot about that... I went to look it up again since it's so good, and instead I found a slower version of basically the same thing happening on the same weekend at the F3 incident:

That was pretty nasty. she got very very lucky.

Let me tell you, seeing crashes like this in real life is mind blowing at how quick it all happens.

We were in 2007 Montreal GP when Kubica had his big crash right in front of us. How the heck he survived is truly a testament to how well these cars are engineered and built.

In the slo mo, you can see his feet dangling from the cockpit exposed.

Things happen so fast at speed.

before indy cars had that egg shell cockpit rule deal to protect drivers legs and feet there was lot of horrible feet/leg accidents. Truly frightening to see a car like that.

You want frightening? Check out a 917 chassis without the front clip. Those things were foot crushers.
