Expired Validation Sticker and State Farm

Does anyone know if state farm counts an expired validation sticker as a minor ticket? I called them and they said it was non moving violation and it wouldn't count but I just wanted to check on here to see if anyone has had any different experience.

Well, if you had gotten into an accident your insurance company would have said that you didn't have insurance.

I can't speak for State Farm, as I don't work for them, but I can tell you the insurance industry does consider it a conviction.
