Might make you better to know it's nothing new. People just used to call it "being in a rut."

If it's got you down, do something about it: Go to night school. Take some courses. Get a diploma or degree. Find some interesting looking jobs and interview for them. Do something different with your spare time; take boxing mixed martial arts lessons. Learn guitar. Buy a project bike or car.

Or get a dog. I'm a cat guy but you can do a lot of hilarious outdoor stuff with a doggo year 'round.
